| In general, it is not possible to return items to Trenddesign24.com because you dislike them. Therefore we ask you to check carefully that the ordered product meets your expectations. If you have doubts about something please contact our Customerservice or call +49 (0)351/ 84710960 (Toll Free for U.S. customers 1-888-487-9239). Our service agents are happy to assist you. The cost for return shipments to our warehouse in Germany have to be paid by the party that return the goods. Any custom fees that we pay for the return shipment have to be paid by the party that return the goods. All shipping costs towards to the client will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not consider broken glasses as defective - theses glasses will be replaced at our expense. |

Cancellations
There is a 24 hour wait period from the time that your original order was placed in which you are able to cancel your order. Please send an e-mail to customerservice@trenddesign24.com notifying us that you would like to have an order cancelled. Please make sure to supply us with detailed information (i.e. your name, your order number, etc.). You will be sent a confirmation message stating that we have cancelled that order for you. If you do not receive this confirmation message we have already shipped your order to you.
