Do you send a confirmation e-mail?

What is your return policy?
In general, it is not possible to return items to because you dislike them. Therefore we ask you to check carefully that the ordered product meets your expectations. If you have doubts about something please contact our Customerservice or call +49 3591 599721 (Toll Free for U.S. customers 1-888-487-9239). Our service agents are happy to assist you.

The cost for return shipments to our warehouse in Germany have to be paid by the party that return the goods. Any custom fees that we pay for the return shipment have to be paid by the party that return the goods. All shipping costs towards to the client will be deducted from the refund amount.
We do not consider broken glasses as defective - theses glasses will be replaced at our expense.

Can I cancel an order that I placed with

Yes, you can. There is a 24 hour wait period from the time that your original order was placed in which you are able to cancel your order.
