The Castore sospensione Calice pendant light from Artemide has been designed by Michele De Lucchi and Hubb Ubbens in 2005. Castore Calice is composed of steel tubing that is covered by a tapered sleeve in white translucent polycarbonate, allowing for partial soft diffusion of light from difffuser. This suspension light is also available in two sizes: small and large. The Castore's diffuser is constructed of white handblown glass that has an external etched finish, which is open for the small version and closed for the large.
