Francesco Paretti
Born in Terni on 12th June 1960. He lives and works at San Gemini. He has worked as a photographer, with his images published in various magazines in the architecture and interior design sectors. He has worked on the construction of architectural models for building, and has taken part in many exhibitions in this field. In 1997 he exhibited a number of works at the "Dandy Design" exhibition, Naples, Palazzo Reale. He participated in the Italian goldworking competition "San Valentino Oro", winning for two years in a row, in 1997 and 1998. In 1998 he graduated in industrial design at the "D.U.D.I." department of industrial design at the Faculty of Architecture, "La Sapienza" University, Rome. In 1999 he exhibited a number of objects at the exhibition entitled "Noah's Ark", held in Milan at Atelier Mendini. In 2000 he was an artistic and business consultant for Poltronova. At present he is design-advisor for "Pietro Beretta SpA, in the accessories sector, and he works as a freelance designer for a number of companies. Since 1998, he has provided consultancy for the Slamp research and development department.
