Return policy

In general, it is not possible to return items to Trenddesign24.com because you dislike them. Therefore we ask you to check carefully that the ordered product meets your expectations. The cost for return shipments to our warehouse in Germany have to be paid by the party that return the goods. Any custom fees that we pay for the return shipment have to be paid by the party that return the goods. All shipping costs towards to the client will be deducted from the refund amount.
We do not consider broken glasses as defective - theses glasses will be replaced at our expense.
