The Astarte wall sconce, designed in 1990 by Richard Sapper for Artemide consist of a wall support in painted steel and a carbon fibre extension. The reflector of this light is adjustable on the horizontal axis and by sliding along the stem, allowing the light source to reach the centre of big spaces, wothout encumbering the space on the floor. An indirect adjustable light emision is created by this lighting fixture.
